Tishanna has lived most of her adult life in the beautiful state of Arizona where she attended Arizona State University and found her passion for interior design. Tishanna has also obtained a Professional Certificate in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College and has provided interior design services in the manufactured housing industry for the last twelve years. She continues to pursue her passion of interior design by providing design services for both single family and multi-family communities. Tishanna has also worked with numerous clients on land development and home placement projects where she played the role of Project Manager and orchestrated the full process of building and placing the home on the lot.
Tishanna is married with two amazing sons, and two playful pups. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family doing activities such as: hiking, skiing, archery and exploring Arizona on their four-wheel quads. Don’t be surprised if you run into her at a local sporting event around the valley, as she loves to join our community and cheer on our local sports teams.
For the last three years, Tishanna has served as Vice President of Valley Vistas Management. In partnership with Realty Exchange, Valley Vistas organization provides professional property management services to 18 manufactured housing communities throughout Arizona from Phoenix to Tucson. Our partnership allows us to provide a full range of operational services that includes budget development, property supervision and maintenance, capital improvement, develop/implement community supervision and improve tenant relationships. Our partnership allows Tishanna to apply her true passion of interior design to the provision of property management, home renovation service and the developing home placement/sale program. Her goal is to create a unique personal space that caters to her client’s needs.
