TJ Geninatti has been specializing in Property Management since 2017. Prior to becoming the Realty Exchange Designated Broker, he worked in the mortgage and banking industry for 13 years. He has been a top producer in both and brings with him a unique blend of management, lending, finance, sales, and marketing skills. This blend of knowledge has helped him to drive the budgeting and financial pieces of our properties, while the sales and lending background have opened doors to the complex world of mortgages.
TJ prides himself on his ability to find the right fit for each of his clients and strives to drive revenue whether it be a vacation rental, long-term rental, or multifamily property. TJ is constantly pushing his staff to become more efficient and productive assets to our properties and owners. His goal is to grow our business organically by word-of-mouth marketing from our very happy customers and vendors.
TJ has been passionate about the management of multifamily projects and sales throughout Arizona. He has a deep understanding of the uniqueness and struggles of dealing with both large and small municipalities when it comes to operating and owning a multifamily community. TJ has been an active participant in many discussions and policy changes involving manufactured housing in Arizona. Most recently, he was involved with Apache Junction’s city council and the city’s future planning when it comes to their handling of RV and Manufactured Housing Communities. His other involvements come in the form of research and outreach projects in conjunction with ASU, NAU, and the City of Tucson’s Housing and Urban Development Department.
He believes that our portfolio of properties will continue to represent the best Arizona has to offer in profitable, clean, and well-managed properties and communities.
When not working, you can find TJ playing sports, snowboarding, at the lake, hunting, traveling (14 countries and counting), or catching a concert.
